[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m an artist and I like to use hp printer and ink to print my artwork because the colors are bright and they don’t fade like other brand. I noticed one of my cartridges were low but I didn’t want to go shopping because COVID 19 so I ordered online. It came vary fast even this lockdown situation. I also like it because it came with a no postage return envelope to recycle the used cartridges.
I’ve changed ALL the cartridges twice and still can’t get the black to print. Tried cleaning and aligning. Isn’t the first time this happened. Time for a new printer.
I installed the cartridges and my printer is not working. The printer’s message keeps stating that a cartridge is incorrectly installed. I checked repeatedly and still is not working.
Neither of the two cartridges worked when installed in the printer. I got a third one from a local merchant which functioned properly. I am looking for a way to return these two cartridges.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi,
I am sorry that the other cartridges didn't work for you. I can understand if you are not happy with that. However, there seems to be some confusion.
You talk about Black cartridges, but it looks like you ordered a Photo one on this order. They are not interchangeable. The Photo cartridge only works in printers that use 5 cartridges, while all of them use the plain black one.
A few years ago, HP found that customers were sometimes mistaking the cartridges labeled 'Photo Black' for the regular black cartridges. Because of that, HP renamed the cartridges 'Photo' rather than 'Photo Black'. Here is a link to some online information about the renaming: support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01839024
The return and exchange process that you can use for the other two is covered, step-by-step, at: store.hp.com/us/en/cv/returnsandexchanges
