I bought this cartridge to replace the generic ink cartridge which i had installed. The printer was sending blank pages out. The HP cartridge did not correct the problem. Ended up getting new printer.

I am sure the cartridges are fine, but it still doesn’t print in black. I have used the automatic option to clean the printhead 3 times, but have not tried to take the printer apart yet.
