Love the convenience of ordering the ink I need for my older printer without having to run around to stores that are usually sold out. Delivery is quick and comes directly to my house.
After replacing ink cartridges with brand new ones the ink status on my HP printer only indicated less than half full cartridges. Only the yellow cartridge recorded as full. REALLY?
The cartridge would not print and I wasted the other colors cleaning and adjusting the printheads. Still didn't work, so I went out and bought an Epson ecotank, where i can actually see my ink.

If you tried multiple cartridges, it is a printer problem. In that case, contact support at www.support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/. If another cartridge works in the printer, then the cartridge is defective. A return to HP is the best option. I have always received high quality cartridge. This time it was my 20 year old printer quite working. HP printers and cartridges are great for in home use and I have replaced my old unit with another HP. Now I have these new cartridges that I can't use.
Great quality but can't use. My HP printer broke down after 20 years. Bought a new HP Printer but it does not take this cartridge. Now brand new cartridges I can't use.
It was defective, would not print. I tried all your solutions to no avail. Your robot chatter had limited choices and kept me going over and over my attempts tp explain it was defective. Now my printer does not work. The photo cartridge I ordered is still unopened. A total waste of time and money.
