Doesn’t last as long as it should. Convenient that you can get all 3 colors at once.

Hello Mordechai,
I see that you are going through the color ink quicker than expected. I understand your irritation with this situation.
There are a few reasons people go through colored ink faster: - Printing images. - Printing photos. - Using the color features when black ink will suffice.
Limiting these activities should save colored ink.
Doesn’t work. Dry right out of the box. Unable to get refund. Buyer beware
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Mordechai,
Sorry, you received a dry ink cartridge. It must have disrupted your printing plans. I hope to help you resolve this issue.
Sometimes, cleaning the printhead or copper contacts helps. Unplug and plug back in your printer to an energy source. That also can work as a remediation tool.
If these do not help, I recommend you contact support. I am not sure why you were told you couldn’t return the cartridges, but here is the return policy: store.hp.com/us/en/cv/returnsandexchanges.
My printer said it needed it currently all five cartridges. So I put them all in only to find out it’s still not working. By then it finally came up with the message that it wasn’t working!!!!

Hi,
I understand how irritating it can be when your cartridges or printer don't work. Based on your initial comment, it sounds like you received an initial message and then an error message. Let's go through some tips.
- Take out the cartridges and reinsert them. Sometimes, the cartridges are not fully clicked in and don't register on the printer.
- Clean off any residue on the printheads of the cartridges to ensure that isn't preventing printing.
If neither of these solutions work, contact HP. Information on exchanges is at store.hp.com/us/en/cv/returnsandexchanges.
