[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put in the new cartridge and nothing prints on the page. I cleaned the print head - nothing. I ran the print quality report - nothing. I’ve taken it out/put it back in numerous times - nothing. I took a paperclip and tried removing any glue from the protective covering - nothing. Dissatisfied? Definitely!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fact that these cartridges are new, not refilled. I’ve never had a problem with an HP cartridge, but I wish they weren’t so expensive. I always return empty cartridges in the bags supplied by HP, but there’s no reward applied to a future purchase. That stinks.
