I received my order more than a week ago. I printed once and checked to see the ink levels and all cartridges were down noticeably. The black cartridge ink level was better than all.

2 weeks ago I had a working HP 4620 Officejet printer. Now I have a non responsive, and damaged printer. Printer picked up the cartridges as an error that it didn't detect the cartridges in the slots even when they were clearly present.
After deep research into fixing the printhead and cleaning the filters, it no longer detected the other colors. Sure enough it would not go further than the error message that tells me to just turn it off.
Just a pattern of a broken brand that sells broken printers.
