It was delivered this week and installed it as instructed. Did not work. I tried everything.. checked settings and it said ink levels for black ink were full. The printer works, but nothing is getting inked to the paper. I followed instructions on how to clean the printer head. Still did not work after that. I blame the cartridge because my printer works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I ordered ink cartridges for my printer. I gave it three stars because the cartridges are expensive and the ink does not last long at all. Delivery is fast which is great, but for how long it last and not printing a lot its too much money. For this reason i chose 3 stars.
