HP indicated that low ink levels of color cartridges would hinder black only printing. Cyan ink (and other colors installed new) did not allow black printing.

After trying cheaper versions over the years I’ve found that they all leak except for HP. There some weird shortage of ink at the moment and I couldn’t get it at my regular Office store. So glad I found this online. Nothing like going straight to the source!
