Hello,
I'm sorry that you didn't have a good experience with the cartridge. I can understand if you are unhappy.
It is possible that the printhead inside the printer is clogged and not letting the ink pass through it onto the paper. You can use the automatic cleaning option from the printer's menu to help get rid of the clogs.
If that does not work, and it appears that the cartridge is faulty, please return it. Our return process is covered, step-by-step at:
