The ink cartridges are as good as always but I am very disappointed that so much cardboard was wasted to get the product to me.
Can you not just put this in a padded envelope? We should be trying to save resources and protect our environment.
I wish I had taken a picture of the little item in the over sized box.

I purchased 3 color cartridges. They arrived one at a time in a span of 12 days. The yellow cartridge doesn’t work. Old? Tried running it several times. Dried out? I have never had a problem with delivery taking so long or with cartridges. Very disappointed because this was for a protect. Too much of a hassle to return one cartridge. I will not be ordering again
