Refilled HP ink on my printer. Very happy to have it up and running again. I won't buy any other ink because its of poor quality. I haven't been able to use my new wireless mouse yet, because I'm waiting for my new laptop to arrive.
I knew the product would be the same high quality I had received before. I need to maintain a high standard of appearance on all print jobs, and HP always comes through with consistent and durable performance. Thanks HP, for producing great products and choosing excellent distributors. I know I will continue using and relying on Hewlett Packard for my work.
The ink cartridge i received did not solve my problem. My printer still does not print in black. I used the tools to clean the print heads and it still wont print in black.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm sorry that you haven't had a good experience lately with the products ordered. However, it sounds like the problem is the printhead in the printer rather than the cartridges.
Sometimes, if the printhead is badly clogged, it will need several cleanings to clear the inkjets so that they can let the ink through them onto the paper.
If more cleaning solves this, it is probable that the printer was turned off from a power strip or switch. It is most important to always use the printer's power button to turn it off. That allows time for the printer to position the printhead where it is protected from excess drying that causes clogs.
Some printers have printheads that you can replace. If cleaning doesn't clear it, you might be able to order a new one. Contact us at: hp.com/contactHP
The new HP 564XL Black Cartridge does not work properly. I cleared the air vent as instructed, clean print heads and aligned heads. The color cartridges work fine but the black is very light. I am very disappointed.
