A huge disappointment

The capacity of your HP 564 Black ink cartridge falls far short of printing the 250 pages that you claim. I rarely use this term, but it is a "rip-off," and I will think twice before purchasing another HP printer.

THe ink runs out very quickly. It definitely does not last for 500 pages.

poor results as to the number of copies you get from C410 inks. You use too many cartridges, too quickly.

Photo Black is the wrong size

This Ink Cartridge my say 564 but it's to small to fit in my print for the black. Photo black is the as small as the color cartridge and won't fit in the slot for the black. I had to go and purchase one from a retail store and paid more.

Low yield on 564 ink cartridges

I am MOST DISAPPOINTED with the low yield on my 564 photo ink cartridge for my new Photsmart touch smart copier! I've only run off 30 photos recently and the ink is seeping and the indicator says I should prepare for more ink purchase. It doesn't seem to provide the amount indicated on the order slip and for the initial photo black which came with the copier. I am spending alot of money on refills! Please respond ASAP.

I am on my third cartridge, one 250 pg and one 550 pg, and still haven't finished a rheem of paper. The printer is new and functioning beautifully. I wonder where I can get cartridges that don't empty so fast.
I would recommend this to a friend!
