I was very happy with the ink and after you get the off the orange cap it was easy to install however, It took forever and a pair of pliers to get that cap off! I guess you didn't think about people who have little strength in their hands.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I use HP 564XL (black) print cartridges in my HP printer to insure I have no ink issues with the printer. I purchased this printer about one year ago and have had no printer problems related to ink or print quality. I am very pleased with the HP ink cartridges.

The sensor tab was installed crooked and it will not load or print.
These are not cheap knock-offs.

The cartridge was easy to install in my printer and upon the first use, the ink was easy to
read, not fuzzy. I would certainly recommend this product to anyone that uses a printer.
