I was careful to buy the larger supply of ink, 564XL Black, to avoid running out so soon. It has been less than a month since I got this ink. By 2/7 the ink was gone. I have complained before that for that scant amount of ink we are charged way too much money. I wish I'd bought a different printer. I have my printer default set on draft unless I want something special. With this cartridge, I think I used the special setting once. HLHL
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent product for the $. The x-tra paper/envelopes a nice touch, but not necessary as I have no current need.
