I bought this economy pack hoping that it will work on my printer but it doesnt calibrate and doesnt align the cartridges. Now the result is that no black or colored ink coming out in my print outs. It doesnt wanna print.

I ordered the cartridge from the computer, but didn’t use it right away. By the time I needed it, I had thrown away packing and receipt and, it’s the wrong cartridge!! 564 doesn’t fit my printer. Can I return it for the right one without receipt? Thanks.
