XL Printer Cartridges

First time changing this type of printer ink. I had no problems following the directions. The cartridge that came with the printer did not last a week. Other colors are getting low also. I ordered all cartridges same time I ordered my printer. I do a lot of pictures and sure wanted to have extras on hand. Am anxious to see if the XL will last longer.

Packaging and labeling don't match printer configurations/slots (e.g., says Black XL or even Photo, cautions "This does not replace 564 Black" but the only place you can put an XL cartridge is in the Photo slot. Lasts less than two months and never gives the # of copies advertised. Will not print from a new BLK cartridge if colors need replacing. Spotty quality. If you need to depend on your printer daily, don't buy HP inks!

I am pleased with the service. This was not my first order for the inkjet cartridges, and it will not be my last. There is no hassle ordering online. Beats going out to a store, trying to find what you want. The price is the same if not lower than most places. Do not hesitate, it's fast and easy.

there is more new technology in this printer than in the former one. So far I understand how to use it, and am glad for help from your tech department.
I would say I did hope my former printer would last long than 3 and 1/2 years.
My !st HP printer lasted more than ten years and it worked harder than the last one.
We will see how long this one will last. :-)
