I use the "XP" because you get more copies for less money. Colors are always vibrant, and the cartridges always fit just right! Thanks HP!

Incorrect Size For Listed Printer

This is the second time i've purchased the 564 Black Ink cartridge listed for the HP Photosmart C6380 All-In-One. The first one, the 564, was an incorrect fit, to narrow. So I ordered again thinking perhaps I needed the 564XL. It is also to narrow. It is a bit confusing. There are four black inks total. Two for everyday use and two for photo. This is supposed to be for photo but the cartridge doesn't fit either. To wide for everyday ink and to narrow for photo ink. I am frustrated because these are the only inks listed for this printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

One of five cartridges required for operation

The 564XL is a wider thicker ink cartridge required for my C410a all-in-one Premium Photo Smart Printer. Actually this is one of five cartridges for my printer but is the largest.

First time With a Leaky Ink

I have used ink ordered from you all many times. This time the black ink leaked onto each sheet of paper.I checked the printer it is definetly a cartridge problem.I did not send it back because it still works but I will not get as many printings because of the leaking.
I will order again, hoping next one will be okay.

poor print cartiage performance

Having intermittent problem with the black color cartiage I purchased. It will stop printing and I have to clean the print head to continue. This is a C309A HP printer that I have owned several years and this is the first time I have had this issue. It started after installing the new cartiage. I have used HP cartiages in the past with no problems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
