Needs improvement

Ever since HP downsized the cartridge size, my printer Photosmart B8550, as trouble recognizing the new cartridge is installed. I have to take it out and put in several times or even save until the next cartridge runs out and try it before the printer will accept it and run.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The HP 564XL Photo Ink Cartridge keeps me from having to order and install ink for my photo printing so often. It saves me time and money!
