It would not work in printer. . . . said the cartridge was damaged.

My primary printing jobs are photos. HP cartridges provide me with the best quality printing of my images. The 564XL black lasts longer than other vendor cartridges that I tried in an emergency. I will continue to use HP cartridges and products because of the outstanding results that I get.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This cartridge lasts a long time (although I wish there was a larger one) and is easy to install and recycle. The printer uses up most of the ink providing me warning when it is getting low, but allowing me to actually use it up and doesn't just stop working wasting ink.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I print using DRAFT with these ink cartridges and they still don't last very long. I didn't count the number of pages with my previous XL cartridge but I will when I begin using my new cartridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought two cartridges. One did not work. The other ran out of ink quickly. What to I do with the defective one? Can I get a refund?
