Ruined my printer

I put in this cartridge and I keep getting an error message, saying that something is wrong with the ink. I have tried everything but to no use. I never had a problem before I installed this black cartridge. Any help would be appreciated. My printer is C6380 Allinone

I've been using the HP 564XL cartridge since buying the printer several years ago and was shocked to find that this new cartridge was 1/2 the size of the previous one. Not 1/2 the price, though...

seems like it still runs out of ink way too quickly. I am going to start counting how many pages I get because I think it is about 1/2 of what HP says I should be getting out of this cartridge.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very dissatisfied withe the smaller siz of the smaller cartridge @ the "same price". Bring back the old size!

Greatest gift ever.

I was given as a gift an all in one photosmart 5510 printer and I just love it. I am a greatgrandmother and have always printed all birthday and anniversary cards and wedding pictures. (they came out just beautiful) This is the best printer yet.

Why does the photo black run out even though no photos are printed? This is the only fault I find with my printer.
