HP Doesn't Seem To Care

One of the original HP 564 black ink cartridges in my HP Photosmart Premium Web C309n printer is almost twice as thick as any cartridge I have received to replace it. I have ordered four different black 564 cartridges and neither one fits. There doesn't appear to be another cartridge available. One man I talked to insisted I didn't know how to insert the caqrtridge. A two year old could clearly see that I need a thicker cartridge. I replaced the regular sized black cartridge and put the thick cartridge back in its slot. I was able to complete a pressing print job I had but with frequent warnings about my ink going low. So, WHAT DO I DO NOW!?!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

HP 564XL Cyan Ink Cartridge

Faulty packaging - The wrapper stuck to the cartridge and pulled the bar code sticker off the print cartridge, so the printer did not recognize it as a genuine HP cartridge.
This is the first time this has happened

NOT The same XL

I purchase the XL Inks so that I do not have to replace as often. I just received my new one XL Black and it's HALF the size as the one I'm taking out!!!! I paid the same price as the old one too.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This inkjet cartridge works very well and gives a long print life. The 564XL really prints much longer than the 564. I heartily recommend it! It is well worth the price.
