I think HP should make the xl Ink the standard because the others don't hold enough ink.

leaky cartridge.

I opened the black cartridge and when I did the ink spilled all over my hands and desk. I had to use cotton swabs to absorb some of the in the cartridge before I could install it in the printer. Whats up with that? This is the first time that's ever happened. The color cart. installed without mishap.

I use my printer a lot. I like that I am not giving my right arm to just by ink for it. The ink is reasonably priced, and goes a long way. Thanks

trying to make inks last longer

i am a homeschooler with one student,i do a lot of printing for home work on the computer,i have learned the hard way ,but to be efficent about it,if i will use the double sided paper with two pages on it,it will save me quite a bit of ink,may this help other homeschoolers

Sorry but black ink cartridge only printed a few copies and apparently went dry. I had to replace the cartridge and the printer is now working great. The cartridge was ordered online.
