I see you had a dried-up cartridge. What a shame! The cartridges are tricky. At this time of the year, the heat begins. Be sure to clean the cartridge printhead every single time. Over all I was satisfied with promptness in deliver of my order, had a bit of a problem finding what I wanted. I was trying to order, find ink cartridge 564, in 3 pack XL. I was unable to find it, had to order 3 pack regular.
