This cartridge is dry. I was disappointed when I installed this cartridge and I was getting very light coverage of ink on my print out. I checked the ink and it said it was full, but for some reason it’s not printing dark black ink as it should. I replaced it with another cartridge that was low on ink, and it worked fine. Don’t know what is wrong. Just disappointed.
Quality and ease of use are awesome. However, for the amount of ink contained in HP cartridges, they are incredibly over-priced. Ink prices will definately be a major point of consideration in any future printer purchases.
Your products appear new but indeed are old and some are not the quality they should be made at.

For some reason I have had lots of trouble with this refill. I have to play with the cartridge to get it to work.

Hi there,
I am sorry that you got a cartridge that doesn't work well. Unfortunately, that happens sometimes and it can be very frustrating.
I'm assuming that you meant replacement rather than refill (since when you get it from the HP Store it should be an original and not a refill). If it was a refill, that could be the problem. Quite often the refilling process will damage the cartridge making it not function or will cause various problems during its usage.
Please return it to us. Instructions for completing the return and exchange process are at: store.hp.com/us/en/cv/returnsandexchanges
