I put the new ink in yesterday and it does not print. My husband and I have checked and re-checked that we installed the cartridge correctly. I am unable to print anything now. Please help me.

Hewlett Packard is the brand I trust for all printer cartridges.
Installing new cartridges is a lengthy chore. One has to clean the contacts several times before the printer recognizes a new cartridge. Sometimes one has to turn the printer off and on before a new cartridge is recognized, the situation is completely unpredictable especially if you have to print such as the day before a trip when you try to print boarding passes!
Black ink cartridge printed 3 all black pages as test pages. Notify showed black cartridge less than 1/2 full. Now getting notice that black cartridge is low. Have only printed 20 or so pages that printed correctly. Cartridges too expensive for this to happen.

HP Black Ink 564 constantly clogging up printhead on my HP Photosmart 6520 AIO Printer. Only 10 attempts at trying to clean printhead that can not be removed and the cartridge was empty again. I have new cartridges that I wish to give away because I can not solve this problem and would have another save money. I will include the other color cartridges. They worked just fine.
