I don't use this product any more. That printer failed and I now have a new one with different ink requirements.

I had a lot of problems with the last batch of ink being defective. I still have to shake the black ink cartridge once in awhile to get compete coverage. This was never a problem before since I have I have been ordering this product on online for years, Very disappointed this time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My printer will not work with these cartridges. I keep getting an error message that the cartridges are not HP . I have four black cartridges that will not work!

564 Photo Ink

My printer uses 564 Photo ink and I cannot find it around here. I love I can get the original HP ink and know it is original from you.

Expensive But Worth It

Although expensive, the ink cartridges arrived quickly, in good shape and were what I ordered. Better than ordering through 3rd party vendors.

I do not use anything but HP with my HP Printer! Great Products and I only ventured away once and it was a TOTAL disaster! Never Again!!!

Which Black?

I can never tell which black ink I am buying. I have to open the box to see if it is a bow tie or pentagon. Photo or print cartridge. Try doing that online.

The cartridge arrived as promised by HP. The instrument of legibility was delivered in a cleverly designed box designed to protect it from the vicissitudes of the shipping processes. Opening the box revealed a sleek black container that was further protected by a plastic wrapper and a clever plug to keep the contents of the cartridge ready to do its job. With a rip of the tab on the plastic covering and a quick twist of the plastic tab the cartridge was ready for installation in the printer. The absence of these shipping shields revealed a beautiful example of form and function unsurpassed in the field of ink cartridge design! "Write a review? It's a freaking ink cartridge HP."
