This is the first time I have tried to use cartridge. Just to set alignment, ink level come down to 3/4 of initial level. BLACK ink don’t working even for a single dot.

It was delivered this week and installed it as instructed. Did not work. I tried everything.. checked settings and it said ink levels for black ink were full. The printer works, but nothing is getting inked to the paper. I followed instructions on how to clean the printer head. Still did not work after that. I blame the cartridge because my printer works.
