too expensive and not enough ink

Not impressed with "New" 564XL cartridge

The package says "NEW Lower Price, Smaller Size". The "new" capacity is roughly 60% of the previous 564XL, and the "new" cost per unit of ink (or equivalent number of pages) calculates to about 14% higher! What a great "deal"! And, I now have to replace it more frequently! How about bringing back the original 564XL size?
For the above reasons, I can't recommend this new carterige. But, I'll have to continue buying it, unless you offer the original size.

Ink runs out too fast!!!

These ink cartridges are the worst!! I run out of ink all the time and I hardly even even use my printer anymore!! I used to print my own pictures, but I can't afford to do that anymore. I am definitely looking for a new printer that doesn't use as much ink!!Very disappointed in these!!! And I do buy the XP"S.

Required cartridge

Installed cartridge, however, cartridge did not show as being full - appears cartridges are not being properly filled. My older printer which this replaces are 2 cartridges one for color and one for black - printer 970cse. Cartridges seem to not last as long as they should.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This produces great copy; however, it does not produce as many copies as it says. I buy the XL and still get about 200 copies before it runs out. That's less than 1/2 stated on the box. I print at normal settings.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The single 564 gives about 65% as the XL

Two single 564's provides me about 30% more prints/copies than the 564XL.
The only advantage the XL has is that the ink cartridge does not have to be changed as frequently.

the ink supply should give me 250 pages

this product sucks. I should get 250 pages but never get more than 50. I'm stuck with this machine. When I can afford a new one it won't be any of the crapping HP line
