Couldn't get the "bonus" to work

The black ink cartridge was fine, went in easily and printed well from the beginning. However a screen came up asking me to choose from one of 4 things that I could have just for using HP products. No matter how hard I tried or what I did, nothing would happen. I finally had to close it and lose whatever was being offered.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After new ink was installed the printer is not printing. The ink is barely dispersing. Diagnostic tests were ran twice & it is still not printing writing out even.y or in some areas, at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have found this product to be great. I use more black ink than colors therefore I like to keep extra on hand and I find this one easy to change out when needed.

Hard to remove the cover for the ink feed

Removing the cover of the ink feeder for the 564 ink containers is always difficult, but this time it was worse than usual, such that when it finally snapped off ink scattered all over the place. I HATE these containers.
