I use the 564XL Black ink - no need to worry about running out.
Cost of product is too high but is comprable to others.
Convenience of shopping online is easy.

Very poor use results

Was able to only get 12 pages from new cartridge before it ran out of ink. Even though display said it was basocally full. I cleaned it twice, took it out and then reinserted it, cleaned it again, then finally just through it away!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have always used hp printers and inks and found them to be much better than any others that I have used in the long ago past. The colors are true and go a long way for printing.

I don't do much printing but these cartridges don't last long at all. Great printer and great quality but I'm spending a FORTUNE replacing cartridges so it really negates the saving on the actual printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My prior printer used just one cartridge (HP57) to print color documents and had a longer life than I get since buying a HP PHOTOSMART 5520 all-in-one printer. I have already had to replace the magenta cartridge (which is very expensive) which increases cost to me to do similar printing activities. I shuter to think how costly this is going to get as as I start to replace them one by one to get the same quality printing as I had gotten with my old PSC 1210 All-IN-ONE printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
