I had a cartridge fail, unfortunately

I have had a number of HP printers, using various cartridges, but this is the first time I have had a new cartridge fail. I had to have it replaced. Fortunately the store I bought it would also replace it, but normally it is the manufacturer who replaces it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wonderful HP 564XL Cyan Ink Cartridge

Extremely easy to change ink cartridges in printer. Cyan creates beautiful shades of blue. Printer uses it with the yellow ink to create stunning shades of green. Printer also uses it with the magenta ink to create awesome shades of purple. Produces handsome writing and fabulous pictures. So glad I use HP 564XL Cyan ink cartridges!
