I ordered the black ink cartridge. Delivery was fabulous, and the cartridge is top quality. But the cost is so absurdly HIGH!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi, sorry to hear you are not happy with the cost of HP 61 Black Ink Cartridge as it is high. I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.HP cartridges generally have a 1-year warranty from their purchase date. You can also contact HP Support in case you need further assistance: http://hp.care/2nbNQFi
This product works well for me as I am only a stay at home and do not do many "business" applications, so it is a good quality for printing and offers a good price.
I can not get 25% of a cartilage printed before I do not have ink. Printer still says I have 80% ink left but no!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi, sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with your HP 61 Black Ink Cartridge. If you suspect you have received a non-original cartridge, please contact the seller. To resolve the issue, you can try cleaning the electrical contacts as shown in Step 3 http://hp.care/2qsfLG1. If this doesn’t resolve the error please contact the seller for a replacement. Otherwise, contact HP Support for a replacement http://hp.care/2nbNQFi Note most printers in this product range can operate in single cartridge mode (i.e.: remove the black and operate with just the tricolor cartridge)
After installing, it did not print any ink. Finally after weeks of troubleshooting, I got it to print the black ink but it was extremely streaky and not good quality. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
