Color was inserted as normal but the printer rejected it. I cannot print now and need my printer. Very unhappy with what has happened. If I can't get help, perhaps I should purchase another brand. I have used HP printers for decades and this is the first time I have had this much trouble.

I always have ink on hand and never have to run out to the store. Therefore, my "work day" is used for work, and not running out for more ink!
