The cartridge that was delivered to me did not work so I had to go out to the store to buy one. I waited over a week to receive the order and I couldn't wait any longer to have a working cartridge!

Terrible! Ordered two cartridges and neither worked. Printer told me they needed to be replaced. Went and purchased one from the store and worked perfectly.
