First cartridge printed briefly then gave me a counterfeit cartridge message so I had to replace it with 2nd cartridge. I don't use this printer much so 2nd cartridge okay so far. seller suggested possible bad cartridge contacts. I have not retried 1st cartridge

I have tried other cartridges, but I always come back to this brand, because it never fails me as others have. This is a excellent brand for all products.
The shipping is fast and customer service if needed is helpful and friendly. As fast as combo packs, they are the best, for it is very efficient and last a long time, and the ink is bright and vibrant for colors, which does not run.

I do quite a bit of printing at home, as a school teacher, and the 61 XL cartridge really does last longer. The print is always clear and accurate. The color cartridge is bright and brilliant. I also love that a recycle bag is included to put the used cartridge in the mail back to HP.
