Very happy to find my ink still available, however, the XL package costs more and as little as I print, regular black would have worked for me. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.

I have had a Deskjet 3050A for many years. Originally, it used HP 61 ink cartridges. At some point they switched their black ink to the 61XL cartridge. I guess they wanted me to throw away my old printer because I’ve never been able to get the new cartridge to fit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When it comes to the HP DeskJet 3050A printer it uses only HP 61 cartridges. XL ones are not compatible with this printer.
