Terrible. I put in the new cartridge as I usually do and it printed dark black as usual. A week later, I tried to print another document and it was a med to light gray tone. I shut off the printer, turned it back on, reinstalled the cartridges (black and color) that you sent me, and it still was light gray. This was horrible as I needed a good cartridge. I am so upset that I paid so much for two supposed new cartridges. I trusted you that they would be good and as I get ready to purchase a new printer I am now very leary of HP because of this incident.
