I installed new cartridge and still get low ink message with no printing. I heard a report about this on NPR and am now experiencing the same. Would call for tech support but couldn’t find the number.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I regret that you didn't get a cartridge that was properly filled. I can understand if you're upset.
Used and counterfeit cartridges are often hard to ID. You can verify if the cartridges you get are genuine at: hp.com/go/anticounterfeit

My daughter gave me an HP printer, like a three in one. I like it so much. I bought an HP computer. Solid products to include the HP ink cartridges. Thank you
It's ink. It works. The printer still working after years using the sink. I wish it would last longer in each cartridge. That's the only reason for the four instead of a five star.
