HP printers are the best and thier line of Ink is great and cheaper then most other brands. I have used high-line brands such as Lexmark, Kodak.They are great printers However to purchase INk and be able to use it is near impossible due to extreme price and poor reliablity.HP products so far are great and the Ink is cheaper and lasts longer then other brands . This cartridge does well and I can purchase 3 to one compared to other brand Ink cartridges.
I would recommend this to a friend!

When I first purchased my HP3050a all in one wi-fi I also purchased extra ink. The XL. The ink that came with the unit ran out within a few weeks. I only use this unit for personal use so there was really no reason for this. This has never happened to me before. I am assuming that the ink that comes with the unit is not quite full to capacity. I HOPE this is the reason.

They work perfectly but...

The cartridges work well just as advertised, but not nearly enough copies for the cost. I purchased a new HP printer for a very low price about 4 months ago and have already spent 3 times more on ink than on the printer. It does seem that if a printer can be designed and manufactured for a good price that the cartridges could last longer. I'm sure HP expects to make their money off the cartridges and they certainly do.

HP 61XL upgrade

In the past I have been reluctant to go to the XL size cartridges. I had a few problems with some of them not fitting the printer. This time, I found this to be a very smart move. It fits fine and will last longer, so I have to do less changing of cartridges, which allows me to have more time to work and then print.
