My HP Envy 4500 continues to indicate "incompatible cartrdiges" even though I replace them with original hp cartridges. Needless to say, this is very irritating. On the plus side, the service is great. The cartridges always come quickly.

It's an HP Cartridge and what could go wrong with it? I would hope nothing, as I have been purchasing the "economy" cartridge for several years and they always last longer than one might hope, are easy to install, even for someone to whom computers and their mystic workings are anathema. No photo needed--the price is right, and best of all, the mailing is quick and secure. Of course I'll buy another!
