iI do nothing but change the ink on this printer. It is costing me a small fortune. Even worse, you have to align the page. that can take half a ream of paper and half the ink b/c it will okay the alignment and the next day say you have to align all over again then when the ink is half way used up, it will tell you that the ink you bought directly from HP is counterfeit. I hate the printer. I hate the ink I have to change constantly and I HATE ALIGNING THE PAGE OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER OVER AND OVER AND OVER ETC ETC ETC

The cartridge is performing admirably and to my satisfaction. My complaint about recently bought cartridges was handled "prompto". I do not remember the name of the lady that handled my situation. She was very kind and courteous beyond my wildest imagination. We need more people like her in this world of today.
