This is the second color cartridge i have ordered from you which does not work. The color is washed out and i believe the yellow s missing altogether. When printing a doc w/ orange i get only pink. The toolkit states "defective cartridge" = i will not be using your service again -- why not buy a clone if i cannot count on HP products?

worth the extra money

I have been buying the HP61XL in both black and tricolor to replace my ink cartridges because it's worth the cost to me for the extra number of pages available for printing.

I tried re-manufactured cartridges, I tried refills from a local store. Both caused my printer not to work. A great value and a well learned lesson!
