I'm a small customer, only ordering ink a couple of times a year so I'm very gratefull for the one day delivery & free shipping on even small orders! What a nice gesture to reward even us 'little folks'. My printers have all been HP over the years & have always been worth the price. Thanks again.

Your web site is not user friendly to an old codger like me. I am in need of 3 cartridges right now, but cant't check out on your page for some reason.
