Received the product NEXT DAY!!!! Unbelievable!!! Expected long wait. Was able to use right away with virtually no interruption. Great service and product. Would recommend to friends, associates, colleagues. Very, very pleased with product.

I have now placed my two ink cartridges in on 9/11/14. So far it seems to be a good product. I was a little worried because of the lower price than buying them retail, but so far it is worth it.

This cartridge 61XL and printer ENVY 4500 has surpassed my expectations by a mile. I have gotten so much more production out of this combo than my previous HP set up.

I was not pleased with this purchase. I got maybe 40 pages out of it. Very disappointing Haven.t used the color cartridge yet. Will see..
