I purchased 3 color cartridges. They arrived one at a time in a span of 12 days. The yellow cartridge doesn’t work. Old? Tried running it several times. Dried out? I have never had a problem with delivery taking so long or with cartridges. Very disappointed because this was for a protect. Too much of a hassle to return one cartridge. I will not be ordering again

I always but the ink cartridges 564. For the most part they’ve been very good. There’s been a few time that they become damaged. They’re always in my machine so I don’t understand why that happens. Overall good product and valued fair.
