Did not have a problem inserting the color cartridge,but, couldn't figure out how to do the same with the Black---Finally, on my own-since the tutorial wasn't helpful--moved the carriage and --presto--out came the old Black and in went the new...For what it's worth--my HP ENVY 4500 has a tendency to moan and groan while operating-hence- I placed a small sticker on the side--naming it--"The HP Groaner"...
Cons: More RAM, Smoother Mouse Pad

I'm so happy to have found HP ink at a more reasonable cost. As a disabled womyn, my budget is always tight, and I appreciate a lower price on ink that I can afford. Now with ink, a copy or two won't require me a trip to town for copies. This is perfect timing for me as we enter a new year of copies to my helper programs.
