I'm using the 2nd cartridge I ordered from you now. I noticed with the 1st cartridge used it showed still 1/4 of ink left, but the photos came out yellow and green. It lost the red ink. I guess the red ink was depleted even though it showed 1/4 color gartridge left in the printer.

HP thinks of HP 1st. If you use an off brand ink the ink amount won't work. I use so little it is not worth worrying over details. Ordering online is Fast (I get it in 2 days) cast about the same as my local store and it always works good. Stick with easy.
