Cartridge not same fit as more expensive one

The product does work but does not fit in printer properly like more expensive one. Printer keeps saying to install cartridge when the ink cartridge is already in the printer causing a false read.

I bought 2 black cartridges online about a month ago. It went in perfectly but my printer will no longer work because of this cartridge. online right size but I also was not able to remove it from my printer to return it. Had to get a new printer/!!
