Poor design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I 1st got this fridge it kept everything cold. After shopping and filling freezer, my ice cream was the consistency of a warm milkshake. The dealer tells me I can't let my food touch the back of the freezer for adequate circulation. Buy a bakers rack and slide it in the back. So I can't use all my
freezer space. This seems to work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator a month ago and it works good. Keeping the refrigerator and freezer settings at the recommended level, everything stays frozen and/or cold. Only downside to this refrigerator is that it's very noisy. Not so much when the compressor comes on because that's just the normal humming sound but it makes these loud thumping noises; difficult to describe because I never had a refrigerator that sounds like this. It is a smaller size, only 5' tall so getting to the bottom shelf requires deep bending or squatting. It's a bit awkward so if you have a bad back or have difficulty bending over, this isn't the refrigerator for you. I would get a larger one next time but, for now, it does what a refrigerator is supposed to do; keep foods cold or frozen.

Models like yours may make unfamiliar sounds like a high-pitched hum or pulsating sound. Hard surfaces, such as vinyl or wood floors, walls or kitchen cabinets may amplify sounds. I recommend checking your Owner's Manual (page 18) for other normal operating sounds from your refrigerator.
