I bought this case and received it in the mail the other day. As soon as I got it I put it on my phone. I got the New Orleans Saints Defender Series. It is very tough because I am a mechanic and drop my phone alot, this case has saved my phone many times. Thanks so much Otterbox!

Everything was great with the case! I love knowing that my phone is really protected and will remain safe even at work. There was one thing that I was unhappy with. I had gone on the website to order my phone and selected the 2 business day shipping. I made the order on a Wednesday morning, before 9:00 am. I received the confirmation of my order later that same day and then received the notification email that my order was being prepared to ship that night. Which should have meant that my order would arrive on the Friday! But I did not receive my order till the next week on Monday after 2:00 pm. Now I went on the FedEx tracking website and saw that my order was sitting in Las Vegas on Friday morning but "not designated" for shipping until Monday! So technically I would have saved more money and frustration just using the standard shipping because it would have shown up on Monday anyways!!

Otterbox in 104Degrees Underwater!!!

Today I dropped my Defender Otterbox in my HOT TUB @ 104 degrees. I was horrified and jumped back in the hot tub (I was out of it and closing the cover) I ran in the house took off the Defender cover and there were a few tiny drops!! My phone is perfectly fine. I am amazed, it was at the bottom of the hot tub for about 7 or 8 seconds. I used to think the Otterbox was expensive but now I know its worth every penney!!!!!

I purchased this Otter Box for my husband, for Valentine's Day and he loves it! He's a huge KC Chiefs fan and when he first purchased his iPhone 5s, the only Otter Box Defender we could find was that Gray/White one and he really didn't like it.. so when I found this one online, I knew I had to get it for him.

Cons: hard to remove once place on phone, fear of tearing the rubber when removing
